​Chase Consulting & Associate's team has facilitated the growth and development of our small business clients. Services have included staff augmentation, strategic marketing development, branding overhauls and social media integration. In addition, we have worked with small business clientele to identify and develop opportunities within the Federal contracting landscape.​

Niambi is a visionary, passionate professional with track record of success in managing programs to address diversity and equality issues. Her background includes procuring and overseeing multi-million dollar government contracts, developing work plans and budgets, leading cross-functional project teams, and evaluating programs for compliance with Federal standards and expectations. She  has led global cross functional teams working on commercially sensitive technology product launches for Fortune 50/Global 2000 firms.  As an entrepreneurial leader and exceptional communicator; interacts effectively with diverse populations. She holds Certification from Department of Commerce’s Trade Promotion Coordinating Council (TPCC) and SBA’s Office of Entrepreneurial Development (OED) and Office of International Trade (OIT) for Export and Trade Counseling, and is a Certified FastTrac NewVenture and GrowthVenture Facilitator with the Kauffman Foundation.

Niambi is a graduate of the Women's Campaign School at Yale University and holds a BA in Spanish and Marketing and a Juris Doctorate from Howard University. She has also studied at Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia; in addition, she traveled as an AIFL Youth Ambassador to Israel and completed a political study in Turkey with the American Council of Young Political Leaders. Ms. Jarvis has been recognized in print and on television including, Black Entertainment Television (BET), BET.com, Good Morning America, AOL Black Voices, Black Enterprise, and Heart & Soul for her work with women and girls nationwide.

In addition, she has spoken on diversity issues with organizations ranging from Working Mother Media and Microsoft, CIFAL Atlanta and UNITAR-- to the Digital Inclusion Forum/Digital Cities Convention.  Her work to create restorative conferences, workshops and seminars through state-of-the-art media channels for women connects over 40,000 women across the United States. Jarvis’ international work is centered on sharing best practices with global leaders from a regional and municipal perspective to address the United Nation’s Millennium Development Goals. She has spoken abroad to leaders from across the continents of Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
